A thriller with a difference!
"Came to the end of a story" reflects the mind of people towards girl children, irrespective of their social strata. The author depicts the attitude of high and might as well as economically down-trodden and their psyche towards innocent and helpless girl children...the characters Tamilselvan, Munda, George et al mentally disturbed for one or the other reasons and it reflects thru their deplorable activities...Tamilselvan misbehaved with a girl student when he was a teacher but got away from that...is he involved in the death of his adapted daughter...? the investigating officer also suffered due to the separation from his wife and the daughter and getting treatment for his psychiatric problems...is he involved in the murder...?! since Tamilselvan, the influential politician might have involved in the murder of his daughter and his assistant / help / driver Sahayam...but due to his influence in the high place, the commissioner would like to relieve him from the suspicion and putting the blame on the labourer Munda, the serial killer...he might have not involved in the murder of Tamilselvan's daughter but framed considering his background...we are reading these kind of incidents almost everyday but the culprits are getting punished very rarely and most of the cruesome murders go unnoticed..the author narrated the story well but when I was reading it I too reached the stage of mentally depressed by the way he explained the incidents and description of crime scenes against the girl children (pedophilia in general).... actually, the author leaves the readers to wear the investigator cap to find out the murderer though the readers subtly know who's the culprit...
I finished the book at one go on the first day of its launch...
There are quite a bit of spelling mistakes...hope the author will take care and correct them.
Over all, a good read!
